Very good quality Idli Rava
Perfect for making idlis without having to grind the soaked rice. Just soak this idli rava (preferably in warm water) to the correct consistency and add the soaked, ground urad dal after 12 hrs and you are done. Always a good idea to soak a couple of teaspoons of methi (fenugreek) along with the urad dal.
